Information you provide

Enquiries store your name, email address, category and message so the podcast team can respond. Newsletter subscriptions store your email address and the dates of consent, confirmation and unsubscribe. Subscription requires double opt-in.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe using the link in a newsletter. To request access, correction, export or deletion of personal information, use the contact form. UK visitors may raise concerns with the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Retention and suppliers

Enquiries are scheduled for removal after 180 days. Unconfirmed subscription requests expire after 30 days. Unsubscribed records are removed after 90 days. Confirmed subscriptions remain until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Hosting, object storage and email suppliers must be configured by the operator.

Analytics and external media

Optional website analytics count page views and playback actions without storing visitor IP addresses, cookies or persistent visitor identifiers. Playback events are not confirmed podcast downloads. Analytics are disabled on this installation. External listening platforms apply their own policies. YouTube embeds load only after you choose to watch.
